OK so even though we are closed for the week, we will be posting workouts and – yes we expect all you CrossFit Spirit People to actually do them.   Pictures and comments are good – evidence that you all are actually having as much fun as we are.

So here we go  – the weekend WOD is listed below.

A burpee broad jump is exactly what it sounds like – do a burpee and finish it with a broad jump, keep going for 25 meters (75ft).
