Fundamentals is the base of our CrossFit Spirit group classes. All athletes new to CrossFit are required to take this course. In Fundamentals, you’ll learn all the basic movements we do in CrossFit, and build your strength and conditioning during its duration. We focus on your individual needs and will scale you appropriately to insure your safety while meeting those needs.
Our Fundamentals Program consists of 5, one-on-one, 30 minute sessions. Along with learning the CrossFit movements, you’ll learn more about the CrossFit methodology, we’ll assess your mobility, and discuss Nutrition briefly.
