"Christine" 3 rounds, Run 500m 12 Deadlifts 21 Box Jumps Casey beat his previous "Christine" time by over 10 minutes and and Jack by 7 minutes . Thats a huge improvement! Alex beat his previous time by 8 minutes!   10:54 with 95lbs.  Huge improvement in only 8 weeks.   And Andrea knocked almost 3 minutes off her time from just5 weeks ago!  Eric and Adam alsto beat the 15minute benchmark coming in at 11:00 and 14:40 (Eat breakfast next time guys!)
