2400 meters rowing relay 200m splits (1 team member rows the rest work at the following stations)

  1. rest
  2. plank
  3. squat hold
  4. reverse plank
  5. plank

THEN, each team will:

Flip a 350lb tire 250 ft while carrying 150lbs of sandbags. If any sandbag touches the ground the team will run 400m.

THEN, each team will work single file through the following.

10 box jumps

10 jumping jacks

10 abmat sit ups

10 squats

200m Sprint.
