CrossFit SPIRIT will be opening next week in Brunswick, OH and has been invited to set up a booth at the Buckeye Education Foundation’s “Run With The Bucks” 5k and 1 mile fun run this Friday night May 28th, 2010 at the Buckeye School’s complex at 3044 Columbia Road in Medina, OH.
We would like to extend the invitation to all of the North Coast’s CossFit boxes to promote their facility as well and to help us show the Medina community what CrossFit is all about. The event brings runners from all over the area. We plan to run some WOD’s and keep stats and play music and have a great time, as we always do. Please join us and bring your signs, brochures, shirts to sell, and crossfitters to participate in this fun event. Plan to set up by 5pm when people begin arriving. That will allow us at least an hour to talk and workout before the Fun Run at 6pm and the 5K at 6:30pm.

We will be bringing a Rogue 6 person pullup rig, 2 rowers, KB’s, bars etc., a white board, a table. Please bring what you might need for your display. We will set up inside the track/soccer stadium in a highly visible location. We have permission to hang signs on the fences surrounding the complex if needed. I hope you’ll come on out and join us. We are dedicated to spreading the CrossFit message and to show what a fantastic community CrossFit is.
